How we started
JAADE Enterprises began in 1984 as a single manufacturing operation. The founder's vision was not to build the largest company, but to build one that would endure.
Over the following decade, the company expanded through disciplined acquisitions — each carefully evaluated for operational quality, management strength, and long-term potential.
Growth through discipline
By the early 2000s, JAADE Corp had grown into a multi-industry holding company with operations spanning manufacturing, financial services, and technology.
We did not chase trends. We focused on finding well-run companies in durable industries, led by operators with genuine domain expertise.

Today JAADE Corp operates six companies across five industries. Each company runs independently under experienced leadership.
