JAADE Enterprises completes sixth acquisition with specialty logistics firm

JAADE Enterprises, the holding company of JAADE Corp, today announced the completion of its sixth acquisition: Caldwell Logistics, a specialty freight and warehousing operator with more than two decades of operations across the southeastern United States. The transaction marks JAADE Corp's entry into a fifth industry vertical and brings the total portfolio to six operating companies.

A deliberate addition, not a rapid expansion

JAADE Corp has never pursued growth for its own sake. Each acquisition over the past four decades has met the same standard: a well-run business with experienced leadership, durable market position, and a clear fit within the broader portfolio. Caldwell Logistics meets every one of those criteria.

Founded in 2003, Caldwell has built a strong regional reputation in temperature-controlled freight and specialized warehousing for the food and pharmaceutical supply chains. The company operates seven distribution centers and maintains long-standing contracts with clients who value reliability over cost-cutting.

For JAADE Corp, this acquisition is the result of a deliberate, multi-year evaluation process โ€” not a reaction to market conditions or competitive pressure. The logistics sector offers the kind of essential, cycle-resistant demand that aligns with JAADE Corp's long-term orientation.

"We do not acquire companies to fill a spreadsheet. Every business in our portfolio earns its place through operational quality, leadership depth, and a commitment to doing the work well over the long term. Caldwell Logistics exemplifies that standard."

โ€” Margaret Chen, CEO, JAADE Enterprises

Continuity of leadership and operations

Caldwell Logistics will continue to operate under its existing management team, led by founder and president David Caldwell. This approach is consistent with JAADE Corp's operating model: each portfolio company runs independently, with its own leadership, culture, and operational identity. The holding company provides capital stability and long-term strategic support without imposing centralized management.

David Caldwell and his team will retain full operational authority. No restructuring, rebranding, or staff reductions are planned as part of the transition.

Six companies, five industries, one clear direction

With the addition of Caldwell Logistics, JAADE Corp's portfolio now spans five industry verticals: financial services, advanced manufacturing, commercial real estate, enterprise technology, and specialty logistics. This breadth is not incidental โ€” it is a deliberate feature of a portfolio built to perform across economic cycles.

JAADE Corp measures success in decades, not quarters. The company's track record reflects a consistent approach: identify well-run businesses, provide patient capital, and allow experienced operators to do what they do best.

The Caldwell acquisition reinforces that approach. It is not the beginning of a new strategy. It is a continuation of the same disciplined path JAADE Corp has followed since its founding.
